Mike also has over fifteen years of Tuina massage experience. Mike’s specialization is in pain management and treating internal diseases. in 2020. He enjoys rehabilitation and prescribing exercise programs to help others achieve their goals.
He believes that every individual is capable of reaching their goals and also enjoys helping clients learn

Barb holds a Masters Degree of Science in Physiotherapy from the Academy of Physical Education in her home town Crocow, Poland.
After moving to Canada in the 90’s, she started to work in hospitals such as GF Strong and G. Pearson. Since 2003 Barbara
has been working in private clinics all over the lower mainland, mostly in Vancouver, where she has lived over 25 years!
Barbara founded Main Care Physiotherapy in 2017.
In her practice, she uses mostly manual therapy such as soft tissue release, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, MET and
